Day 2 whisks you towards Sarchu, a quaint town perched on the border of Himachal and Jammu & Kashmir. The next day, we conquer higher altitudes, reaching Leh, Ladakh's capital city. Immerse yourself in the rich cultural tapestry - explore bustling markets, ancient monasteries like Leh Palace, and the peace-radiating Shanti Stupa.

Brace yourself for stunning landscapes on Day 5. Nubra Valley awaits, famed for its sand dunes and Bactrian camels. Marvel at the architectural wonders - Diskit Gompa and Hundar Gompa monasteries stand sentinel amidst the dramatic scenery.

Day 6 brings you to the crown jewel - Pangong Tso Lake. Shimmering at a staggering 14,270 feet, its crystal-clear blue water and majestic mountain backdrop will leave you speechless. Capture postcard-worthy moments before returning to Leh for a restful night.

The adventure continues. On Day 8, we head towards Jispa, a captivating village nestled on the banks of the Bhaga River. Feast your eyes on the panoramic beauty of Baralacha Pass, Suraj Tal Lake, and Deepak Tal Lake.

Our final leg takes us back to Manali, where you can reminisce about the incredible journey. With a final overnight journey, we return to Delhi, forever bonded by the magic of Ladakh.

Itinerary

Day 1 : Manali Local Sightseeing | Self Exploration - Overnight Stay At Manali

  • Check in to the hotel! Take a deep breath and let the stresses of life melt away as you settle into your new surroundings.
  • After a delicious breakfast, gather for a post-meal briefing to set the tone for the day ahead. Get ready to explore all that Manali has to offer!
  • Start with a bit of self-exploration to really get a feel for this beautiful location. The stunning scenery and natural beauty are just waiting to be discovered.
  • Later head out for a self-exploration of Manali. If you're looking for some must-see destinations, don't miss Hidimba Temple, Jogni Waterfall, Vashisht Temple, and the famous Mall Road.
  • Take a stroll through the charming streets of Old Manali and enjoy a delicious meal or refreshing drink at each stop along the way. You won't be disappointed!
  • As the sun begins to set, it's time to head back to the hotel for some much-needed rest and relaxation. Get a good night's sleep to prepare for all the adventures that await you tomorrow!

Day 2 : Transfer From Manali To Sarchu Via Atal Tunnel. [Distance: 175km, Duration: 5-6 Hours].

  • Overnight stay in Sarchu.
  • Wake up early morning & check out.
  • Today we embark on an epic journey that will take us through some of the most stunning landscapes in the world.
  • We'll traverse the legendary Leh-Manali Highway, a winding road that weaves in and out amongst the mighty snow-clad peaks of the Western Himalayas.
  • Drive through the Atal tunnel to Lahaul Valley, along the Chandra River to Keylong, the district headquarters of Lahaul & Spiti.
  • As we continue our journey, we'll drive through Darcha, Patsio, and Zingzing Bar before reaching one of the most challenging passes on the way to Leh - the Baralacha-La Pass, standing tall at 4892 meters. But don't worry, the panoramic views of the high-rising and sky-touching mountains will make the effort worthwhile.
  • And just on the top of Baralacha-La, we'll be treated to a breathtaking view of Suraj Tal, a small lake that is the source of the Bhaga River and is surrounded by majestic mountain ranges. We'll then gradually descend down through Killing Sarai to our destination for the night - Sarchu.
  • Tonight, we'll be camping under a million stars in Sarchu, where you'll have a chance to experience the magic of sleeping in the great outdoors. Get ready to snuggle up in your cozy sleeping bag and drift off to sleep while surrounded by the sounds of nature.

 

Day 3 : Sarchu To Leh Via Moore Plains. [Distance: 260km, Duration: 8-9 Hours]. Overnight stay In Leh

  • Get ready for an adrenaline-fueled day as we leave the campsite and head toward Leh!
  • Our journey will be full of twists and turns, starting with the Gata Loops - 21 hairpin bends that will take your breath away as we climb to an altitude of 4669 meters.
  • As we continue, we'll cross the Nakee-La and Lachung-La passes, located at 4739 meters and 5065 meters respectively, just above the famous Brandy Bridge. These passes will offer stunning panoramic views of the rugged Himalayan landscape.
  • After an exciting morning drive, we'll take a break for a quick lunch at Pang.
  • After a quick lunch, drive through the Moore plains, which is a completely flattened straight road extending over 30 km, where we might spot tiny colonies of adorable marmots and wild herds of Kyung-yak grazing in the open fields.
  • As we drive on, we'll reach the Tanglang-La pass, standing tall at 5328 meters and recognized as the second-highest motorable road in the world. The view from the top will leave you spellbound and make you feel like you're on top of the world.
  • Finally, we'll drive through Upshi and Karu before reaching our destination - Leh!
  • Next check in to our hotel and spend the night relaxing and preparing for the adventures ahead. Get ready for an unforgettable experience in Leh!

Day 4 : Visit Shanti Stupa, Magnetic Hills, Hall of Fame, And Pathar Sahib Gurudwara- Overnight Stay At Leh. Overnight stay in Leh

  • After a lavish breakfast at the hotel, it's time to explore the mesmerizing beauty of Leh.
  • Start your local sightseeing with a visit to the iconic Shanti Stupa, which stands tall on a hilltop, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of Leh city.
  • Next, visit the confluence of the Zanskar and Indus rivers, a truly awe-inspiring sight where the two rivers meet and flow in different colors.
  • The journey continues with a visit to the Magnetic Hills, a natural wonder where the magnetic forces in the hills create an optical illusion of a car moving uphill on its own.
  • Pay a visit to the Hall of Fame, a museum dedicated to the Indian Army's bravery and sacrifices.
  • Next visit the Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, a revered Sikh shrine located on the Leh-Kargil highway. The Gurudwara is believed to be built on the spot where Guru Nanak, the founder of Sikhism, had meditated during his travels.
  • In the evening, we'll have some free time for leisure and acclimatization. You can explore the local Leh market, where you'll find a treasure trove of souvenirs and handicrafts. Or, you can simply relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of the city.
  • As the night falls, we'll come back to our hotel and enjoy a delicious dinner before hitting the sack. Get ready for another exciting day in Leh!

Day 5 : Leh To Nubra Valley Via Khardung La. [Distance: 125km, Duration: 5-6 Hours]. Overnight stay in Nubra

  • After a hearty breakfast in the morning, head to Nubra Valley [3000m] via Khardung-la, one of the highest motorable roads in the world at a staggering altitude of 5359 mt.
  • As you traverse this challenging terrain, feast your eyes on the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, valleys, and snow-capped peaks. Finally, you'll reach Nubra Valley, also known as the Valley of Flowers.
  • Check into your hotel and get ready to explore this breathtakingly beautiful region. Take a stroll along the sand dunes of the cold deserts of India(Hunder) and experience the magical sunset against the rugged mountains.
  • Don't miss the chance to ride a camel(self-paid), a classic Nubra Valley experience that you won't forget anytime soon. Visit the monasteries around and immerse yourself in the rich culture and traditions of Ladakh.
  • As the sun sets, return to your hotel for a scrumptious dinner and a peaceful night's rest.

Day 6 : Nubra Valley To Turtuk To Nubra Valley. [Distance: 200km, Duration: 7-8 Hours]- Overnight Stay At Diskit.

  • Start your day with a breathtaking sunrise that will awaken your senses and revitalize your soul.
  • After fueling up with a delicious breakfast, embark on a journey to Turtuk, a hidden gem nestled in the majestic landscapes of India.
  • The village boasts pristine natural scenery and an undeniable charm that will leave you captivated.
  • Take your time to explore the village and soak in its unique ambiance, before returning to Diskit in the evening.
  • Enjoy a delicious dinner, and sleep peacefully, knowing that you've experienced a truly unforgettable day.

Day 7 : Nubra Valley To Pangong Tso Via Shyok Valley. [Distance: 160 Km, Duration: 5-6 Hours]- Overnight Stay At Pangong Tso

  • After breakfast check out, and start your journey to the famous Pangong Tso [4350m] via the Agam and Shyok villages.
  • Pangong Tso which is perhaps one of the most amazing lakes in Asia changes its color 4 – 5 times a day.
  • The Pangong Lake or “Lake of the great hollow” is considered the world's highest saltwater lake.
  • At an elevation of 4300 meters, the air is cool even in summer at Ladakh. Pangong Lake is about 4 km wide on average and at least 136 Km long. The extent of the known portion is, therefore, upwards of 250 square miles (400 sq. km).
  • Reach Pangong Lake & check in to the campsite. Dinner & sleep overnight.

Day 8: Pangong Tso to Tso Moriri. [Distance: Approx 200 Km, Duration: 9-10 Hours]. Overnight Stay At Karzok.

  • After a hearty breakfast, gear up for an exciting journey to the stunning Tso Moriri Lake - a place that is truly off the beaten path and promises to be one of the highlights of your Ladakh adventure!
  • As you embark on this journey, be prepared to witness the unspoiled beauty of Ladakh, with its rugged terrain and dramatic landscapes that will take your breath away.
  • As you finally arrive at the stunning Tso Moriri Lake, you'll be greeted by crystal-clear waters that stretch as far as the eye can see, reflecting the blue sky and towering mountains in the distance.
  • Overnight stay & dinner at Karzok stay.

Day 9 : Tso Moriri to Sarchu via Tso Kar & Puga Valley. [Distance: Approx 240 Km, Duration: 9-10 Hours]. Overnight Stay at Sarchu.

  • After breakfast, start your day early & get ready for an exhilarating journey as we make our way to Sarchu.
  • From Korzok, head to Tso Kar lake, do some birdwatching at this awesome place and enjoy the landscape.
  • Tsokar Lake, a salt lake system in the Rupsho plateau which is home of the Changa nomads and support many rare wild life species.
  • After sightseeing of the area take the Manali-Leh road at Moore Plains and further drive to Sarchu.
  • Reach Sarchu by evening. Dinner & stay in Sarchu camps

Day 10 : Sarchu To Manali Via Atal Tunnel. [Distance: 170km, Duration: 5-6 Hours] - Overnight departure to Delhi.

  • Wake up early morning & depart for Manali post breakfast.
  • Reach Manali by afternoon, spend some leisure time in Manali before bus departure
  • Depart for Delhi by evening.

Exclusions

  • Any personal expenses like a tip to the drivers, entry to monuments/monasteries, camera/video camera charges, camel safari, river rafting, laundry, telephone bills, tips, etc
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc. (to be borne directly by the customer on the spot)
  • In case of any damage to the riding gears the customer is liable to pay for the damage.
  • Any damage to the bike except engine damage must be borne by the client.
